The information to be provided by customers:
Customers should provide more than 2 mg of purified proteins, with the purity ≥90% (detected by SDS-PAGE). If a protein has a fusion tag, a pure protein (without tag) should be provided for selection. If polypeptides were chosen as antigen, customers should provide: polypeptide that was conjugated to A protein (e.g. BSA) (4mg), polypeptide that was conjugated to B protein (e.g. KLH) (4mg) and unconjugated polypeptide (1mg). The purity of the polypeptides should be higher than 85%.
